Shipping

Delivery Times : Order processing generally takes 24-48 working hours, while transit times are 1-2 working days in Italy, excluding islands.

In the event of an out-of-stock item being re-stocked, delivery times may vary and will be communicated by our customer service department.

Shipping Method : We exclusively use the GLS courier service for standard shipments.

Shipping costs : Shipping costs are €12 throughout Italy. An estimate of shipping costs will be provided both in the cart and in the checkout when completing the order data.

Shipping areas : all of Italy, including islands and remote areas.

Shipment Tracking : Shipment tracking is available. You will receive an email directly from the relevant courier containing the link and shipping number to track your delivery.

Return and Replacement Policies : You can return one, some or all of the products in an order within 30 days of receiving the goods. To request a return, follow the instructions in the next section of this page.

Returns

Step-by-Step Guide

You can return one, some or all of the products in an order by sending the return request within 30 days of receiving the goods.

To send the return request you must log in with the account associated with the email with which you placed the order and enter that account.

Choose which of your orders contains the item, or items, you wish to return and click on it.

Inside the order page click on Return Request.

Then select the object, or objects, you wish to return, necessarily indicating the reason and optionally adding any notes.

Then send the Return Request.

At this point you will receive an email certifying the correct sending of the Return Request and we will receive it to validate.

Remember that the reference for your Return Request is always the Order Number.

Once we receive the Return Request we will review it shortly and send you the approval notification.

Once you have received the approval notification you will need to carefully package the return.
Make sure it travels "like new" in its original packaging with its receipt, labels and any accessories. Protect the box of the item as we sent it to you.

On the package you must include the address of the Recipient (Recipient's address), of the Sender (your address) and the Order Number previously highlighted. This information, if reported correctly, allows us to significantly reduce reimbursement times.

The cost of the courier and the organization of the shipment are your responsibility, you will not be charged any further commission.

As soon as the package is delivered to us, we will check the goods and, with a positive outcome of the inspection, we will immediately make the refund and you will receive the credit back with the payment method used for the order in the following days, depending on the interbank times.
